As for the ceremony, Kristen Chenoweth is the host for the Critics' Choice Awards - which air live on VH1 beginning at 9PM ET/PT.
With "Black Swan" leading the pack, the ballet flick is up for 12 trophies while facing off against "127 Hours", "The Fighter", "Inception", "The King's Speech", "The Social Network", "The Town", "Toy Story 3", "True Grit" and "Winter's Bone" for Best Movie.
Along with selecting the tops in cinema, the show boasts house band Maroon 5 with a special presentation of the fourth annual Joel Siegel Award to actor Matt Damon.
